Delivery Information

Stock items are dispatched on the same day for orders received before 1pm. For non-stock or printed items please refer to the Terms & Conditions tab on the relevant product page to determine the delivery time.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery schedule but will do our best to help if you have a specific request. If you need a specific delivery time please contact us at sales@rspd.ie.  

 

Collections

 

We also offer a free collection service from our warehouse. Please choose from the DELIVERY OPTIONS on the second page of the checking out process.

Ireland Deliveries

 

We use different couriers and pick the most suitable one depending on the product. This will depend on item value, weight, size and location available.  All our parcels sent by overnight courier are traceable and are generally delivered the next day from the day of dispatch.

The delivery cost is calculated during the checkout process.

 

VAT extra @ 23%

 

To calculate your delivery cost follow the checkout steps and fill in your delivery information, the price will be calculated before finalising your order.

 

 

United Kingdom Deliveries

 

Our deliveries to the UK are carried out by various couriers depending on the product. This is generally a 2/3 day delivery service from the date of dispatch.

 

Our delivery charges to the UK are based on weight and size and can be calculated during the checkout process.

VAT extra @ 23%

 

 

International Deliveries

 

International deliveries are sent by registered post and the cost varies based on the weight of the order. To calculate the postage rates to your country just add your items to the cart and enter your address in the checkout page. The cost varies from €15 for smaller items up to €150 for very large items.

 

VAT @ 23% is extra for all orders within the EU.

 

 

Damages

 

Any loss or damage, or shortages must be reported to us with 24 hours from delivery via telephone +35316251977. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Back-orders

 

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order or part of your order we will contact you with details of anticipated delivery date and an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Ordering In-Store

All our prices listed on the website are for online orders only. While we do accept orders in-store and over the phone there will be an admin fee of €10.00 (inc. VAT) extra per order.
