At RSPD.ie, we pride ourselves on getting your signs, prints, and displays to you as quickly and securely as possible. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition.

Below is everything you need to know about our shipping options, dispatch times, and collection services.

1. Dispatch & Turnaround Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for standard, off-the-shelf items placed before 1:00 PM (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
Custom & Printed Items: Turnaround times for bespoke or printed goods vary depending on the complexity of the job. Please refer to the specific product page for estimated production times.
Back-orders: If an item is unexpectedly out of stock or delayed, we will contact you immediately with an anticipated delivery date. You will always have the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

2. Delivery Options & Rates

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Please note: All delivery charges displayed during checkout are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the standard rate of 23%.

🇮🇪 Republic of Ireland Deliveries

We use a variety of trusted overnight couriers depending on the size and weight of your goods.
All courier deliveries are fully traceable.
Transit time is generally Next Working Day from the date of dispatch.

3. Click & Collect (Free)

Local to Dublin? We offer a completely free Click & Collect service from our facility in Park West.

Simply select "Collection" from the delivery options during the checkout process.
We will notify you via email or phone as soon as your order is packed and ready for pickup.

4. Important Delivery Policies

Specific Delivery Times: While we cannot 100% guarantee exact courier delivery schedules, we always do our best to accommodate specific requests. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us at sales@rspd.ie before ordering.
Damages in Transit: We pack everything with maximum care, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, or if there are shortages, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email sales@rspd.ie with your order number and photos of the damage, or call us at +353 1 6251977.
Ordering In-Store: Please note that the highly discounted prices listed on our website are exclusively for online orders. If you prefer to place your order over the phone or in person at our trade counter, an administrative fee of €10.00 (inc. VAT) will be applied to your order.
