At RSPD.ie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a consumer purchasing in the EU, you have specific statutory rights. This policy outlines your rights regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Standard / Non-Customised Goods (14-Day Right to Cancel)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are purchasing standard, off-the-shelf, non-customised products, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

Original Shipping Costs: If you cancel and return a standard order within this 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the full cost of the product plus your original standard outbound shipping charges.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the item back to us.

Condition of Goods: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by your handling of them.

2. Custom, Personalised & Bespoke Goods (Non-Returnable)
Due to the nature of our business, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to custom-printed or personalised goods. Any product that is made to your specifications or clearly personalised (including, but not limited to, custom business cards, personalised signs, custom props, and branded banners) cannot be returned or refunded once the design or printing process has commenced.
Please review all artwork proofs, spelling, and specifications carefully before giving final approval for custom orders.

3. Extended 30-Day Return Window (Standard Goods Only)
For standard, non-customised goods, we offer an extended return window of up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

For returns made after the initial 14-day statutory period but within 30 days, we will refund the cost of the goods, but we will not refund the original outbound shipping charges.

The buyer remains responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
We take great pride in the quality of our prints and signs. However, if your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us immediately.

You must notify us of any damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

Please email us at sales@rspd.ie with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item(s).

For genuinely faulty or incorrect items (including custom goods), we will offer a full refund, a repair, or a free replacement. We will also cover the cost of any return shipping required for faulty items.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email sales@rspd.ie with your order number and the reason for your return.

Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging.

Dispatch: Post the item back to us at the address below. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return items lost in transit.

6. Processing Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
