Custom Frame Cut Out Photo Prop

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The production time option chosen is the time taken to produce the frame. If you choose to have your order delivered you will need to allow one extra working day. For more information please read Production Time & Delivery tab.

1. Add this product to the cart, check out and pay.
2. After your order is placed send us your print ready artwork through email to artwork@rspd.ie or use our artwork upload form.

Standard production time is 5 working days from receipt of photo & wording. For quicker turn around please choose from options above. Production time does not include delivery time. This should be added on depending on delivery service chosen. Our delivery cut-off time for next day deliveries can be found during the checkout process. If your order requires customisation via one of our online forms, production time starts once you submit the form.

Please note that even though the vast majority of our dispatched orders are delivered next day, unfortunately we can't guarentee it. However we will refund any orders with an expideted production option (3,2 or 1 working days) if they are not delivered in time.

As we aren't open on weekends, any orders received on the weekend are processed on Monday morning so production time is counted from Monday morning. Our production department finishes at 4pm everyday so orders received after 4pm are processed the following weekday morning at 8am so production time is counted from then. 

If you are opting for collection your order will be ready at the same time of order +X working days from order date (where X is the production time option chosen). Please see our business hours on our contact page.

If the express services can't be selected this is due to a production backlog which means we can't offer a quick turnaround presently.

Print ready artwork must be suplied in PDF or JPG format. Please send your file to artwork@rspd.ie after you place your order. Alternatively you can use our upload service.
